The registration fee includes:
- participation in the scientific program of the Symposium
- Symposium materials including the Symposium Program and Book of Abstracts
- refreshments during the breaks, welcome reception and symposium dinner
- hotel accommodation (in double room) in the Astor Hotel for 4 nights
- full board
- VAT is included in the fees according to Polish tax Law
Accommodation in a single room is possible after paying an additional fee of PLN 800. Regular fee and/or the additional fee have to be transferred to the conference account with the note „single room extra payment – name of the participant”.

According to Polish law, institutions with tax residence in Poland, financing participation in the conference in at least 70% from public funds, can take advantage of the VAT exemption.
The condition for taking advantage of the VAT exemption is sending an electronic declaration about financing participation in the conference from public funds, signed by persons authorized to incur liabilities for the given institution, immediately after payment to the following address: marcin.cichy@mail.umcs.pl, and printed and duly signed copy to the following address:

Students must identify themselves with the student ID.
Anyone enrolled in a full-time program of study is eligible for the student rate. The registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the participant’s supervisor confirming this status.
Payments
Payment of the registration fee and any other applicable fees should be made to the beneficiary, preferably before 30 April 2022.
Attention:
- Payment ought to be done in Polish currency
- All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter.
- Registration will be confirmed after receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to the Symposium Secretariat. 30% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before 31 May 2022. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the Symposium.

A certificate of attendance can be collected at the registration desk. Please tick appropriate box in the registration form.
